Mr. Mumba has been very instrumental in advancing the cause and growth of the social work profession in Zambia and Africa Region as a whole.
Joachim is a qualified social worker with proven social work practice experience of well over 20 years. He has been Secretary General of SWAZ from 2005 to date, a role he has performed on voluntary basis in which he has seen the capacity of the national association built from zero to one of the more credible professional bodies in Zambia.
Mr. Mumba has also served as IFSW Africa Region Vice President from 2018 to date with a clear vision of strengthening national associations as a critical building block to a stronger Federation.
Mr. Joachim Mumba possesses highly valuable human skills such as leadership, teambuilding, networking, development and execution of short and long term strategic objectives. He is good at creating partnerships, resource mobilization and is also passionate about advancing the good practices of cooperate governance.
M. Mumba a joué un rôle déterminant dans l'avancement et le développement de la profession de travailleur social en Zambie et dans toute la région Afrique.
Joachim est un travailleur social qualifié possédant une expérience avérée de plus de 20 ans dans ce domaine. Secrétaire général de la SWAZ de 2005 à aujourd'hui, il a assumé bénévolement ce rôle, contribuant ainsi à la croissance de l'association nationale, qui est devenue l'un des organismes professionnels les plus crédibles de Zambie.
M. Mumba a également occupé le poste de vice-président de la région Afrique de l'IFSW de 2018 à aujourd'hui, avec une vision claire du renforcement des associations nationales, élément essentiel d'une Fédération plus forte.
M. Joachim Mumba possède des compétences humaines précieuses telles que le leadership, le travail d'équipe, le réseautage, le développement et la mise en œuvre d'objectifs stratégiques à court et long terme. Il excelle dans la création de partenariats et la mobilisation de ressources, et se passionne pour la promotion des bonnes pratiques de gouvernance coopérative.

Oluwatoni Adeleke is the CEO and founder of OCDI. Oluwatoni is a Passionate, committed and skilled social worker with extensive experience in designing, implementing, reporting, monitoring and evaluation of community based poverty reduction programs.
Oluwatoni worked with Kwara State Community and social Development Agency (KWCSDA) a World Bank assisted project as a field level operations officer where she sensitized and mobilized communities on social safety nets, social infrastructure and facilitated Participatory Rural Appraisal (PRA) for several communities and group’s needs for 7 years before resigning to full time with OCDI in 2017.
She worked with International Women Communication center (IWCC) as a filed level officer where she supervised trained and mentored caregivers in the HIV/AIDs Home based care program. She also worked with New Partnership for African Development (NEPAD) youth as the project secretary where she coordinated HIV/AIDS programs in target schools in Kwara State.
The CEO holds an Msc degree In Social Work, two postgraduate diplomas in Rural Development and Environmental Management then a higher National Diploma in Building Technology.
Oluwatoni is the Vice President, Africa Region International Federation of Social Workers (IFSW), the acting Secretary, Nigeria Association of Social Workers (NASoW) and a member of the board of Trustee, Civil Society for Cancer Eradication in Nigeria (CISCANEN).

A social work professional and psychologist for nearly 20 years, Abib has extensive experience in various professional spheres and has worked with diverse audiences. He holds a master's degree in "Interrelationships between Population, Development, and Reproductive Health," and since 2018, has led the "Knowledge Management and Capitalisation" office at the Ministry of Health and Social Action, in addition to providing mental health and psychosocial support services.
Professionnelle du travail social et psychologue depuis près de 20 ans, Abib possède une vaste expérience dans diverses sphères professionnelles et a travaillé auprès de publics diversifiés. Il est titulaire d'un master « Interrelations entre population, développement et santé reproductive » et dirige depuis 2018 le bureau « Gestion et capitalisation des connaissances » au ministère de la Santé et de l'Action sociale, en plus d'assurer des services de santé mentale et d'accompagnement psychosocial.
